2. Peer Support vs. Professional Therapy

Spiroluvia is a peer-to-peer support community. Our virtual circles, animal interactions, and events are designed for sharing experiences and mutual encouragement.

Not Counseling: This site and our services are not a substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, or psychiatry.
No Professional Relationship: Participation in our community or events does not create a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship.
Seek Professional Help: Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. If you are in a crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 immediately.

3. No Guarantees of Wellness

While we believe in the power of connection, nature, and community, Spiroluvia makes no guarantees regarding specific mental wellness outcomes. Every individual’s journey is unique, and participation in our activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Participation Policy

By using this site or attending our events, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own mental and physical health. You agree to hold Spiroluvia and its founder(s) harmless from any claims or liability related to your participation in our peer-support activities.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We value the privacy of our circle. However, please remember that our virtual sessions and community pages are peer-led. We cannot guarantee 100% confidentiality of information shared by other participants in a group setting. Please share only what you feel safe and comfortable disclosing.

1. General Spirit of Participation

By using this website and participating in our events, you agree to treat all animals, facilitators, and fellow community members with kindness and respect. Spiroluvia is a sanctuary for healing, and we reserve the right to remove any participant from our digital or physical spaces who disrupts this mission without a refund.

2. Events & Registrations

Bookings: All event registrations are completed via our website. Your spot is only secured once payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Weather Policy: If Spiroluvia cancels an event due to inclement weather or animal safety, you will be offered a full refund or a "Rain Check" to reschedule for a future date.

3. Sales & Shipping (Soap & Merch)

Handmade Goods: Please note that because our soaps are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, and weight are normal.
Third-Party Fulfillment: Some merchandise (T-shirts/Water Bottles) is fulfilled through Printify. Shipping times and return policies for these items are subject to their specific manufacturing timelines.
Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, all soap and hygiene sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

4. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes (such as Ilovegoatyoga) must be entered at the time of checkout. We cannot apply discounts retroactively once a transaction is complete.
Discounts are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Right to Change

Spiroluvia LLC is a growing vision. We reserve the right to modify our event dates, pricing, product availability, and these terms at any time to better serve our community and the needs of our herd. Any changes will be reflected on this page immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in animal-centered yoga and farm activities involves inherent risks. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge the risks outlined in our [Liability Waiver] and agree to hold Spiroluvia LLC harmless for any injuries or damages.
